The sumo wrestling is great fun for everyone competing, and even the spectators, however, it is most important to wear all the relevant safety gear (helmets and neck braces), also remember that this is all about having fun, so everyone is responsible for their own behaviour, so take it light heartedly and have fun, and may the best person win.
